The breath… your life force, your life partner.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that enables us to let go and connect with our emotional selves. With our heart. With our true selves. Through a rhythmic controlled breath we accelerate the healing process through bypassing the mind as we fill the body with life force. This enable us to discover blockages and move stagnant energy held in our bodies (grief, anger, anxiety, old thought patterns, limiting beliefs, trauma, etc.) without the thinking self getting in the way. This form of healing may be like nothing you've done before! A single session will leave you feeling a deeper connection with your innermost self. It is from there that the healing begins. It can help you increase confidence and diminish anxiety. When you live your life led from the heart, the universe opens up to you. When you heal old wounds love energy fills those lonely spaces
What to expect:
Karen will be facilitating your self-healing by holding space for you while you breathe in a 2 part inhale pattern. She uses her intuition, essential oils, and the burning of sage / palo santo all set to a lifting soundtrack! This will aid in your emotional release and help you dig deeper and clearer.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and start with a 10 minute discussion on areas you wish to work on. From there you lay down on a mat and blanket and the breathing process will begin. This is followed by a short resting period. Please dress comfortably. There is no yoga movement and experience is not required. Bring an open mind, and your own crystals if you wish.

Karen is trained in the David Elliott Breathwork method. She has completed Breathwork Healer Training 1 with Erin Telford and Breathwork Healer Training 1-3 with David Elliott. Karen has been holding breathwork groups for over two years.
